The above prices are for 2 people per day per apartment and vary depending on the season. The minimum stay is 3 nights, otherwise we charge a surcharge.
The local tax of €2.50 per day and per person (aged 14 and over) is added to the stated price. The tax is collected on site.
Price reductions
Children up to their 6th birthday stay free of charge, children aged 6–13 pay €10 per night, and each additional person aged 14 and over pays €15 per night.
Pets
On request dogs are welcome at the Kardinerhof!
We charge €20.00 per night. Please bring your own basket or blanket so your beloved companion feels at home.

Payment
You can pay us in cash for amounts under €5,000.00 or by bank transfer.
Check-in and check-out
On the day of arrival, the vacation apartments are available from 3 p.m. If you are running late, please let us know.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartments by 9:30 a.m.
Booking
The booking becomes binding upon payment of a deposit to confirm the booking (booking guarantee) and receipt of the booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the agreed price for the entire reservation period will be charged in full.
Cancellation
Cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Civil Code.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions within the meaning of Art. 1382 of the Civil Code.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday. We ask for your understanding that in the event of cancellation, we will charge and retain the deposit as a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations between 60 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% of the agreed total price.
- For cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date, we charge 80% of the total price.
- If the booked vacation apartment is not occupied (“no show”) for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.
