The Kardinerhof on the Ritten is lovingly managed by the Spinell family. In 2024, Stefan took over the family farm from his father and, together with his family, transformed it into a welcoming place where families, children, and nature lovers immediately feel at home.

Stefan, his wife Julia, their three children Nadia, Sara, and Luis, and grandparents Margaret and Robert live and work in the heart of the South Tyrolean mountains, at 1,400 meters above sea level.

Stefan, a skilled craftsman and passionate hunter, appreciates the peace and beauty of Renon Horn. Every morning, he cares for the animals in the barn and ensures the farm runs smoothly.

Julia looks after the guests and the holiday apartments. She enjoys spending time in nature and producing farm-fresh products.

The children are actively involved in farm life:

Nadia loves the animals and spends every free minute with the calves, horses, or guinea pigs. Sara is lively and outgoing, always happy to make new friends. Luis, a little tractor and digger enthusiast, keeps the whole family busy and brings lots of fun to the farm.

The grandparents are always present and deeply involved: Grandfather Robert helps with the barn, the fields, and haymaking, while Grandmother Margaret enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and caring for the flowers and garden.

Kardinerhof is more than just a place to stay – it’s a temporary home, a place to breathe deeply, feel at ease, and truly experience farm life. Here, you can immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and tastes of the countryside and become part of a friendly South Tyrolean farming family.
